Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury service environment. This role requires strong communication skills, sales drive, and the ability to convert high-value leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, web) in a timely manner

Qualify prospects and identify client needs

Present tailored private aviation solutions

Close sales and manage client relationships

Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless client experience
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
