Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury service environment. This role requires strong communication skills, sales drive, and the ability to convert high-value leads into confirmed bookings.

Position - Sales Agent (Remote) - NIZA Air

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, web) in a timely manner

  • Qualify prospects and identify client needs

  • Present tailored private aviation solutions

  • Close sales and manage client relationships

  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless client experience

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead response time (target: under 5 minutes)

  • Conversion rate (%) from lead to booking

  • Monthly sales revenue generated

  • Average booking value

  • CRM data accuracy & follow-up consistency

  • Client satisfaction / reviews

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service

  • Advanced English (spoken & written) – mandatory

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays if needed)

  • Comfortable working remotely with high accountability

  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
